HappyBats Tennis classes are fun......but don't just take our word for it!
“We love the classes – I think the adults have just as much fun as the children!”
Emma, Mum to Flora, 3
"Harry seems to be really enjoying the sessions and I’m really pleased with the progress he’s made just in a few weeks, thank you." Kate , Mum to Harry, 3
"I've genuinely never seen Toby react so positively to a new activity (and as I said we've done the lot!)- he settled right in!" Jo, Mum to Toby, 2
"These classes have been great to encourage my child’s concentration and listening skills."
Sarah, Mum to Daniel, 4
"Fun classes – lots of short activities with a clear focus on listening and coordination skills. Great for everything, not just tennis! Lovely atmosphere and Fiona is excellent with the children."
Jenny, Granny to Hannah, 3
"Poppy has really enjoyed HappyBats and has developed hand eye coordination skills. She looks forward to coming every week." Kate, Mum to Poppy, 2
"A great class for development and coordination and so much fun. Thank you." Liz, Mum to George, 3
"Fiona's lessons are extremely well planned. They are detailed and well thought through, utilising a range of techniques to help the children engage and learn-rhymes, songs, stories, games. The classes are varied, meaning that toddlers nor mums get bored but there is sufficient familiar content in each class that children are not thrown. Tennis skills are obviously a key component to all classes but I feel my son (2) is gaining more global skills such as listening, following a structure, working alone and with other children in pairs, as well as gross and fine motor skills that lend themselves to other sports and in due course academic activities." Gemma, Mum to Seb, 2
"Provides very good physical development and fun!" Stephen, Dad to Nicholas, 2
"Art is enjoying the class and each week he seems to achieve a little bit more. The class length seems just right for this age group. Many thanks." Nicola, Mum to Art, 3
"I am impressed by the classes. They're in a friendly, low key atmosphere with plenty of short activities but a clear in built structure as well. The focus on co-ordination, balance and motor skills is so important for children of this age, regardless of whether or not they grow up to be tennis players. I like too the emphasis on listening to instructions, all good preparation for school!" Jenny, Granny to Hannah, 3
Party testimonial:
"Thank you very much for providing such a wonderful 3rd birthday party for Art & his friends. It was obvious from the children's faces, that holding a racket and playing a variety of "bat & ball" type games was terrific fun. On the day you managed to both entertain and excite the boys and girls, whilst encouraging the parents to assist in "ball chasing". I believe this was the highlight because it meant that the adults were also having a great time. The mix of individual activities and team events, meant every child had a great time participating and could be extremely proud of the medals they took home." Nicola, Mum to Art, 3
